Goldies2Home 2.0 Project

Vanina Dal Bello-Haas and colleagues from the School of Nursing, Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Shalom Village received funding from the Hamilton Community Foundation (Community Health, Education and Research Fund) for their “Goldies2Home 2.0” project.  This project will focus on developing an enhanced model of care for the current Goldies2Home program (G2H, Shalom Village, Hamilton) to maximize resources and ensure optimal benefits for the older adult participants using a coproduction research approach, specifically a participatory action research approach.
