Year 2 Requirements

Each item below has specific instructions on completing and submitting the requirements in addition to a contact person should you have any questions.
All program requirements must be received by McMaster University by the stated deadline.

Note: You must have a valid VSS at all times in the program.  DO NOT ALLOW YOUR VSS TO LAPSE.

To remain in good standing you must provide an original copy of your Police Records Check Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS) to the FHS Professionalism Office on an annual basis and prior to your current check expiring. If you fail to do so you may be considered in breach of the Police Records Check Policy. Note that the original copy you submit will not be returned to you.

*Note: Some placement sites require more frequent Vulnerable Sector Screens, such as every 6 months. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the individual requirements of any sites where you are placed.
